Sheridan 20 cal won't pump?

Hi!
Looking for HELP. I have replaced the valve and the pump cup. It still will not pump.
Any ideas?
Model is C9A and is only a couple of years old. It did come with one of the aluminum valves, but has a new brass valve in it now.
